Aspiring managers

This training is designed for colleagues who are considering a career progression into management roles The session offers a comprehensive insight into the role, responsibilities, and essential skills required for effective management practice. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights from individuals who have recently transitioned into management roles themselves.

 

Throughout this course, you will learn about the key attributes that define a successful manager, the day-to-day activities that managers engage in, and develop an appreciation for the common challenges they face. You will also delve into key management skills, including motivation, delegation, and coaching.
