Areas of interest
My main area of interest is in assessment and evaluation, with a particular focus on helping students become more autonomous and engaged with feedback.
Background
I started teaching in 2012 and worked in Spain, Italy, and China, before moving back to the UK to focus on teaching Academic English in Higher Education.
I started working for the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø in 2019, teaching on the summer pre-sessional course, Academic English Programme, and International Foundation Programme. In addition to teaching, I am an academic tutor, providing academic guidance and pastoral support, and I have developed material for the pre-sessional course.
Elsewhere in the UK, I have worked for include the University of Leicester, Coventry University, and Oxford Brookes University.
