Background

Ekpo started his professional life as a civil engineer working as a Design/Resident Engineer with a Civil Engineering Consultancy firm. Over the years he grew to become a Project Manager. His curiosity for better construction practices saw him delving into Construction research in 2017, seeking solutions to the problems faced in the Construction industry in Nigeria. To further enhance his skills, Ekpo started a PhD in Construction Management. His PhD explores the value and use of the Digital Twin in the Construction industry through a socio-technical context.
