Cultivating an authentic leadership style

To celebrate International Women's Day and Women's History Month, the Women's Springboard Network is delighted to offer a workshop on Cultivating an authentic leadership style.

It is an opportunity to reflect on your values and beliefs and become more intentional about how you lead.

This face-to-face session will be led by , an external personal development coach who collaborates with Henley Business School to facilitate the Personal Development Module workshops for their Senior Leader Apprenticeship Programme for Future Leaders.
