A degree in meteorology and climate science provides you with vital tools for dealing with the biggest global challenges we face, such as climate change, ozone depletion and atmospheric pollution.


Our courses


International foundation year programme

If you are an international student and wish to study meteorology and climate at the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø, but don't yet have the qualifications to apply directly to the courses above, our integrated International Foundation Year course is designed for you.

The foundation year will enable you to develop your English language and academic skills, as well as relevant subject-specific knowledge and skills, so that you're well prepared to progress your studies in meteorology and climate.


Fees and funding

There is a variety of funding support available to our undergraduate students. You may be eligible for government loans, grants or bursaries.

Students from the UK can receive government loans to help towards tuition fees and living costs. UK students may also be eligible for other grants and bursaries depending on their circumstances.
