Christina Walton-Pocock

Background

Christina graduated in 2007 with a double first in Law (6th in year) from Oxford University. While at Oxford, she achieved a number of awards and prizes, including the Martin Wronker prize for the highest mark in Trusts law. After a brief spell as a magic circle trainee, Christina moved into academia; since then, she has taught Law at Oxford, Cambridge and Exeter before joining ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø in 2023. At ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø, Christina co-convenes the Land Law module and teaches on the Religion and Law module. She also teaches property law courses for the Henley Business School. While Christina's main focus is teaching, she has published two peer-reviewed articles on the ability of political organisations to achieve charitable status.  Christina is a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE.
