With international connections and a strong focus on collaboration, you'll work alongside a diverse range of artists from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
Learn from practicing artists
You will learn from practising artists, writers, and curators. All our RSA staff are actively involved in the arts and the creative world beyond the University. You’ll also benefit from the expertise and experience of visiting artists and our alumni network.
Our alumni are very generous with their time and are regularly involved with our students – running workshops, curating exhibitions, and offering career development advice.
Global creative connections
Widen your artistic perspective through collaborations with other institutions, cultures and professions - and explore international opportunities with our partner institutions.
Research
Our research focuses on exhibition and curatorial practice, publication projects and critical art writing. This is underpinned by an emphasis on digital technologies as a format for the production, dispersion and interpretation of art.
We believe that emerging and innovative art practices forge new audiences and users. We work with international museums, galleries and collections to share our research with specialist and non-academic audiences.
