Student satisfaction up in latest league table

The ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø has maintained its position in the top 35 UK universities, according to the .
Published today [7 June], the rankings place ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø at 34 overall among UK institutions, with increased rankings for student satisfaction (up 42 places), academic services spend (up 11 places), and student – staff ratio (up 8 places).
ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø also has 17 subjects in the top 20 universities in the UK, including Land & Property Management, which remains number one in the country.
Professor Robert Van de Noort, Vice-Chancellor of the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø, said: “This latest league table shows that the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø continues to demonstrate its strength across academic excellence, research quality and graduate outcomes.
“I am particularly pleased to see a significant rise this year in student satisfaction. We work hard as a university to ensure that our students get the best possible experience during their time here. While there is always more we can do to improve, this is an indication we are definitely moving in the right direction.”

Other notable subject rankings include: Marketing, which rose 5 places to 14; Dance, Drama & Cinematics, which rose 7 places to 20; and Geography & Environmental Science, which rose 5 places to 28.
