Areas of interest

Revenue law remains his major interest, although he has also published somewhat more widely (constitutional law, contract, evidence, land law, procedure, tort, trusts).

Background

Dr David Wilde has been a lecturer in law at ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø since 1990. He graduated in law from Oxford in 1985, where he also obtained a BCL in 1987, and he was called to the Bar in 1988. His PhD, obtained at ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø in 1994, was on the law relating to tax avoidance.
