Background:
Chris has almost 40 years' experience in dairy processing within pilot plants. In 1976 Chris joined the staff of the Experimental Dairy at the National Institute for Research in Dairying as a technician in dairy processing. He then joined the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø 1990 as a food technician in the department's pilot plant. Chris has particular experience in the thermal processing of milk based products. Chris is also very involved in the maintenance and day-to-day running of the pilot plant equipment.
