Background:

Afroditi joined the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø in 2015. She lectures in food processing. As a post-doctoral researcher, she has work closely with industry and research institutes. Afroditi's expertise lies in the utilisation of microorganisms and/ or enzymes for the biotransformation of waste streams into microbial lipids, platform chemicals and biopolymers.
