EIT Food
EIT Food is a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) supported by the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT).
EIT Food accelerates innovation to build a future-fit food system that produces healthy and sustainable food for all. It also equips entrepreneurs and professionals with the skills to transform the food system and educate and inspire the next generation.
Working with colleagues in the School of Agriculture, Policy and Development, EIT Food supports and facilitates the identification, development and exploitation of multi-disciplinary opportunities to transform the food system.
The aim is to deliver research and action that bridges the gap between ideas and reality, bringing the present and future together to deliver positive change across the food system.
